Natalie, the service technician, was outstanding--she is extremely knowledgeable and professional!! In addition to the annual sump pump inspection, she answered all my questions regarding the problems I've had with the gutter leaf filters that I purchased from another company several years ago. She demonstrated how Thrasher's unique gutter guards will eliminate those problems. Due to Natalie's thorough explanation, I decided to purchase Thrasher's gutter guards.
