You called me. Honestly I did not want to talk to Thrasher because of the previous experience. However Shane was compassionate, he listened and heard what I was saying. Tobias was compassionate, listened and heard what I was saying. Young Richard and the crew were the best. I would have made them cookies had I known how well they would take care of me. The Thrasher team made good on the core company values.
