He was helpful but after we agreed to contract price, he added on the cost of removing the existing guards ( with a discount). This made me a little nervous about proceeding but glad he made the correction and disclosure and gave us a discount.

As far as a know the installation was done in a good and workmanlike manner. There were a couple of small sections they could not access to replace the existing gutter guards because their tools wouldn't fit, but they disclosed this and got my approval. Not sure if this minor decrease in linear feet should have resulted in a small price adjustment but it wasn't offered. Also we don't have curbs and were in the process of reseeding our lawn with ample watering. The truck driver parked on the front edge of the lawn instead of completely in the street, causing a rut. He also drove over the sprinklers in that area. He moved the truck at my request and offered to pay if any sprinklers were damaged. They appear to be working. I am hoping the rut will resolve itself as it is not too deep.

Workers removed debris from the gutters before replacing the guards but did not remove from lawn. We discussed the shedding (tiny seed pods) that fall from our birch trees however, and I am a little worried that this material could sift through and clog the gutters. We will monitor this.
