Sales Process
I called Tom Bilyeu because he led the sales effort for Thrasher for me in 2008 when we were finishing our sometimes drippy concrete wall basement. The solution was interior trenching. 16 years later my finished basement is still dry, dry, dry! I value Tom's educational / consultative no BS approach. Tom still being with Thrasher says alot about him and Thrasher itself. I feel like I might pay a little more with Thrasher but the job is done right the first time, with high quality and the work lasts! Overall great value with Thrasher.
Our Installation Crew
Joe and Sasha were outstanding. They tackled a tough element of the concrete lift project exceptionally well. They educated me on the process as they performed the work and let me check in every so often on how it was going. They were efficient and left the job site very clean. Very happy with the job they did!
