Sales Process
Our Installation Crew
Seth was very knowledgeable concerning the process and installation of the downspouts and answered any questions I had regarding same. The other crew members, William and Austin, were respectful, courteous, and proficient in their job details.
The Cleanup Process
Seth, William, and Austin cleaned and cleared all leftover remains of their work quite well. In fact, when William was installing one of the downspouts underground he removed a particularly overgrown Yucca plant, which interfered with the installation, including its huge roots.
