Sales Process
Dylan spent 2+ hrs going thru the house, measuring and assessing the problem(s) and coming up with solutions and an estimate.
Our Installation Crew
Evan knew his business and worked with his crew in an efficient and effective manner. Will knows the Bob-Cat quite well and did a great job of NOT damaging the exterior insulation on the foundation nor the gutters when we was working under the eaves. Nate also knew his business and worked a multiple of tasks without needing direction.
The Cleanup Process
All three worked hard to leave the yard as clean as one could expect with that much dirt being removed and replaced.

What type of work did you have done:

Piers on the Foundation and PolyFoam under the Kitchen and Bathroom floors

What made you choose our company:

The overall upfront experience with Dylan and then a less than enthusiastic experience with what I would consider your major competitor where in Wichita. Add in that that competitor promised to send me a bid (after a 30 minute inspection of our house and its' problems) but never did........ Choosing Thrasher was a no-brainer.
