Our Overall Service
In the course of the flood we experienced, we have come across companies that have been hard to communicate with or that don't return calls, etc. Thrasher was the absolute polar opposite of that. They were professional from the first phone call to the minute they left our property. I would give them five stars (more if I could). We thought the price was fair, and we were very impressed with the quality of work and with the professionalism of each person we encountered.

Sales Process
Keith Martin was thorough and explained everything in great detail. The quality of his presentation was so good that we were sold on the system before he was finished presenting. Over the course of the project, we had questions, and Keith was immediately available to answer them, and he even talked with FEMA SBA more than once to help us be able to use our loan for mitigation purposes. Very grateful.
Our Installation Crew
Sal Lopez (leader) with two workers (Jose and Daniel) were very professional, courteous, and respectful. The quality of their work was superb. They completed the job in a timely manner, and afterwards went through all aspects of the system. They were GREAT!
The Cleanup Process
The crew left the property in perfect shape, cleaned up their debris, did an excellent job.

What made you choose our company:

We asked our contractor who was the best, and he recommended Thrasher. As soon as we were able to speak with Thrasher and to be provided with information about what they do, we didn't look anywhere else.
