This section of the deck was lifted using PolyLevel, helping to remove the unsightly trip hazard.
After all the sections were lifted and stabilized, NexusPro silicone was used to seal all the cracks and prevent water from flowing beneath the concrete.
Our team used slab jacks to temporarily lift the concrete slab to the desired position. This enlarged the existing void beneath the slab, which was then filled with PolyLevel polymer foam. The disruption to the surface of the concrete is minimal.

The homeowner decided to find a solution to lift, level, and seal the concrete slab.
This is where the water was puddling in the garage.
The concrete surface outside the back sliding door of the home had a large crack due to eroding soils beneath it. PolyLevel was injected to fill the void and prevent any further cracking or settlement due to lack of stability. The cracks were also sealed with NexusPro.
The pool deck had settled around the edge of the inground pool.
