WaterGuard is designed to be installed along the interior perimeter of a foundation, capturing water before it can enter the basement and channeling it to the TripleSafe sump pump system.
The foundation wall has stair-step cracks in it and is bowing.
In order for WaterGuard to be installed, the lower portion of the drywall in the basement needs to be removed. This allows access to the perimeter of the foundation wall, which is chipped out so WaterGuard can be put in place.
There are cracks in the basement that are allowing water in.
A crack in the foundation wall can lead to basement leaks and may indicate that the house is not adequately supported.
The photo depicts homeowners equipped with a shop vacuum, squeegee, and brush, utilizing these tools to eliminate the accumulated water on their basement floor.
Before we started work on the project, the crawl space was damp and musty. This caused the insulation to absorb moisture and fall, ultimately leaving the home vulnerable to energy inefficiency and cold floors. Excessive moisture can also subject the crawl space to mold growth, wood rot, and musty odors throughout the home.
The crawlspace had supports that were failing.
