The homeowner had cinderblocks around the perimeter of their basement as a DIY form of support for foundation walls. This unorthodox method was unable to provide the support needed, as the wall can be seen shearing and bowing inwards.
This IceGuard protection system effectively prevents the water from freezing in the discharge line, allowing the waterproofing system to operate year-round with no concerns.
The basement before we installed our perimeter drainage system.
The foundation wall has stair-step cracks in it and is bowing.

Our team removed the old stone foundation and set up temporary posts before beginning the process of building the Mason Block Wall.
Our team used slab jacks to assist with lifting the sunken concrete sections to the desired height. PolyLevel was then injected to fill the void beneath.
The old wooden and temporary supports needed to be replaced.
