Accumulated water on the pool deck presents a risk of slipping, detracts from the visual appeal, and is a significant nuisance.
The front stairs were settling away from the home and wanted to find a solution.
We installed two brackets and a beam to stabilize the stairs to make sure they didn't move after we installed the new stairs.
The homeowner had cinderblocks around the perimeter of their basement as a DIY form of support for foundation walls. This unorthodox method was unable to provide the support needed, as the wall can be seen shearing and bowing inwards.
