Water marks on the basement floor from water entering the wall.
In order for WaterGuard to be installed, the lower portion of the drywall in the basement needs to be removed. This allows access to the perimeter of the foundation wall, which is chipped out so WaterGuard can be put in place.
This is where we will vent our Radon Mitigation System.
An extraction point was made in the foundation floor of the home and PVC pipe was fit to it. This allows for radon to be guided from underneath the home's foundation and outside of the home.
This crack in the basement was allowing water to enter.
This garage floor crack, along with sunken concrete, allowed water to enter into the basement during rains.
WaterGuard was installed along the perimeter of the foundation to intercept water before it is able to access the basement. Once the water is collected, it is then distributed to the sump pump system.
WaterGuard perimeter drainage has been installed along the foundation walls to intercept any water before it can enter the basement. Our TrenchDrain surface drainage system has been installed around the oil tank, which connect to WaterGuard, forming a unified pathway for water to flow towards the sump pump. The UltraSump sump pump then expels the water from the property via a discharge line.
