Work has been scheduled, but so far the experience has been great.

Person I initially spoke to who booked the appointment was very pleasant.

Not sure if this is for System Design Specialist but... I worked with Paul Magowan who came out to survey and bid the job and potential other work. I would like to say that Paul was the most professional, knowledgeable in his work, thorough, and friendly person I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He took care in every regard, going over things methodically and precisely, explaining every single detail and answering every question I had. His enthusiasm, honesty, and integrity came through in everything he did. I have worked in the trades, as well as 25 years of software engineering. I have been both a client of others, trades and more, and have had, and have clients of my own. From this experience I know what it's like to be on every end of business, involving all kinds of technical issues and costs and all kinds of people. Paul not only greatly impressed me with his own work but gave me every confidence in hiring Erickson to do the jobs needed. Despite the costs involved, and who likes to spend money they did not want to, I look forward to the project!
