Despite getting off to a rough start on the day of installation, I am happy with Erickson. The crew left the first day while the Erickson team figured it out but made up for it by finding a solution that worked. Discharge pipe will be buried in May and my hope is my water issue is resolved.

Amy was a very nice person that took the time to explain everything. I got more from her than I did the videos. Always available to help.

Ryan was exceptional. Justin was too. Both were hardworking.
