I made an appointment with Kelly for a radon test which I had to move. She moved mountains to switch my appointment and was so understanding, kind and accommodating as well! Fast forward meeting Mitchell the technician was such a pleasure. He's so knowledgeable, pleasant and has a wonderful and approachable personality for dealing with customers. He answered a slew of questions and my homeowner raved about him! Can't say enough about the customer service, quality of the work and company! As a Realtor it is hard to recommend a company without worry that you will regret it. I can't imagine ever regretting referring Erickson Foundation Solutions to a client!
