I am SO impressed with the high level of service that Erickson provided regarding our home project. We had a very unique situation around our pool that required some very difficult techniques and problem solving solutions. The first crew that came to our house was kind, thorough, professional, and VERY communicative throughout the process. They ran into some unforeseen trouble and when we were feeling disappointed after the initial process, the company went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure that they made things right. The owner of the company came out to provide some specialized solutions and then brought his ENTIRE team to our house to train on the process and completed the job beyond our wildest expectations. It was amazing! Anyone can do a good job when things are simple, but seeing how this company handled a challenging situation and fixing an issue to make things right truly speaks volumes. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone who values quality service and people who stand behind their work and do an incredible job. We are SO thankful for the work they've done and feel like we have a whole new pool area! Looking forward to using them again in the future.
