This crawl space of an Oakland, NJ home was suffering from an unhealthy and water-damaged environment. Over time, the saturated soil surrounding the home forced water inside the crawl space, resulting in unpleasant, musty conditions. The homeowner recognized this problem and the risk of further, more extensive damage to their home and turned to Quality 1st for a solution. Our team provided a complete crawl space encapsulation to waterproof the space, featuring our CleanSpace vapor Barrier. This was paired with new Drainage Matting lining the crawl space floor for water flow beneath the vapor barrier. The crawl space was insulated with our SilverGlo Insulation to waterproof the walls while maintaining a healthy environment beneath the home. Thanks to our crew, this new installation restores the health and longevity of the home to stay protected against water damage.

Unfinished basement in Howell, NJ fully waterproofed. Our WaterGuard System as well as a TripleSafe were installed as a preventative measure.

A Howell homeowner loved his finished basement, but noticed the walls were beginning to peel and ripple due to moisture. Quality 1st Basement Systems sent a team to help replace his old walls with EverLast Wall Panels. These are made with a waterproof vinyl finish, which also makes them resistant to wear and tear. Now this homeowner has beautifully finished walls that will "hold up!"

The Q1 team was able to completely transform this damp, cold basement into a dry area that the family could eventually finish and use for entertainment. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed CleanSpace, a vapor barrier, to the basement walls to prevent moisture and humidity. A TripleSafe Sump Pump System was installed to keep the basement dry and has a special backup battery system which will automatically turn on and continue to pump during a power outage. The family was amazed at how different the environment was in their basement once Quality 1st Basement Systems was done.
