He did everything to communicate and keep me up to date right from the beginning. He supervised his crew well, and worked hard himself. As mentioned above, he took special care to have the crew clean up. I never mentioned anything about that, he did it on his own. He also offered some suggestions on other products your company offers that we might want to consider in the future. Not pushy, just informative. I liked that. He even followed up a week later to make sure everything was working OK. Way to go.

The Cleanup Process

First rate. He took charge and made sure everything was cleaned up. I overheard him instructing one of his crew to clean up better. Do it like it was his own house.

The salesperson had a good understanding of the products. Office people I talked to were friendly and helpful. I felt price was reasonable and competitive. Provided a value.
