Wilver Cardoza and his team arrived on time. Wilver explained the installation process . He even moved a few heavy tables and cabinets, I could not move. He assured me I had nothing to worry about and I went back upstairs completely assured all would be secure and completed. Wilver and his men immediately began working. They worked from arrival until after 7:00 PM. This was overtime work for them without complaint. Wilver called me to see the completed work. It is beautiful. I expected it would be good but I was taken back by the fantastic new basement. Wilver explained the sump pump use as well so I know how it will work. Wilver is the most polite and professional man I have encountered giving his complete attention to all questions and concerns. He is what I consider refreshing in today's world. I absolutely recommend him, his team and their company. FIRST CLASS!!!

Kenny Tramutola was my call representative. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He explained what and why Quality 1st uses their products and process to waterproof basements. I felt assured Quality 1st was the best company for my project. I definitely recommend Kenny to explain the process and give you the confidence you need to choose your company.

The crew worked very efficiently to complete all of the installations promised.

My basement was free of all the debris that is necessarily part of the installation.
