Iian is very knowledgeable about the process used in doing concrete work; very professional; takes great pride in his work as well as in the company he represents; Iian is as meticulous about correcting the main concrete problem identified as needing correction as he is with other secondary work (doing related grouting, clean up). Everything contracted was done.......with the highest level of excellence! THANK YOU IIAN! YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!! It was pleasure to meet you!
