Sales Process
Ken Peare was exceptional - he was prompt, informative and professional. He answered all of our questions and said he was proud to work for you. I had full faith that his word was good and not a "sales" job.
Our Installation Crew
Brett and his team were all very polite, friendly and professional. They met with extenuating circumstances - 23 inches of concrete instead of 4 so it took them much longer then they had anticipated but they staid in good humor and did not show frustration.

We choose you because of the professional way that the salesman presented himself and your company. The handouts and contract he provided us with fully explained the process and I was able to present it to the other people making the decision with me.
