Collin Peare performed the annual maintenance on my Quality 1st basement waterproofing system and SaniDry dehumidifier. As I've come to expect, Collin did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough and professional. He fully tested both systems when he was done and ensured they were working perfectly before he left.
