The work crew did not have enough material to complete the work on the first day, but returned out a week or so later to complete the work.
Sales Process
The sales rep, Jeff Yentzer, gave a clear explanation of the work to be performed and was able to provide me with the manufacturer specifications of each product to be installed at my request.
Our Installation Crew
The foreman for my project was Nate Fincham. He was very helpful and friendly, answering all of my questions about the work his crew was performing.
The Cleanup Process
My crawlspace was swept out after the vapor barrier and wall insulation had been installed.
What made you choose our company:
Your company offered the highest crawlspace insulation R-value of any company I contacted due to your Silverglo product. You also offered a 20 mil vapor barrier whereas other companies offer 6-10 mils. As I plan to use my crawlspace for storage, I wanted a high thickness to avoid damage.
