Very friendly and we even got the work moved up a few weeks simply by being on the waiting list.
Sales Process
Phenomenal. I wish all contractors/salespersons opperated like he did.
Our Installation Crew
Excellent - our job included breaking tiles, walls, removing built-ins, etc. in a finished basement and the crew was so precise and fast.
The Cleanup Process
Clean up was fantastic - I even commented on how good the floor smells and the crew asked if I wanted to take a picture of the product (I did).

Dane was very personal and professional. We truly appreciated his time and patience. He sat at the kitchen table with my father and answered ALL his questions and even listened to his jokes. Dane is very trustworthy and a man of his word.
