The job was completed quickly and efficiently, with the technician arriving exactly when he said he would, and keeping me informed every step of the way. I am naturally inquisitive and he answered every question to my satisfaction with a great deal of patience.

Our Service Person
I cannot say enough great things about Randy Halal. He has now done basement work for me at multiple properties, and at each one, he delivers professional service. He is able to diagnose the issue correctly, whether it is a wet and leaky basement, a necessary dehumidifier addition, or my biggest project to date, adding jacks/support system in the basement to lift a sagging floor and provide better air quality throughout the house.
Our Service Person's Diagnosis
Accurate. Pointed out problems that were manageable now even before I was aware of them, and helped me get the addressed and fixed so they don't cause bigger problems in the future.
Our Service Work
I am very happy with the quality of ALL the work performed. My basement was waterproofed and despite the recent heavy rains and flooding in northern New Jersey, everything has held up perfectly.
The Cleanup Process
Randy and his team left the workspaces in better shape and cleaner when they arrived. I think they understood the assignment we all got as scouts, that you leave a campsite cleaner than you found it. They followed this adage to the letter. Thank you.
