I thought I had a crack and a leak in my finished basement. Mike from the real estate team came and assessed it. Mike is a very friendly and understanding young man. He not only got here quickly, but sent a full team to my house quickly. They tarped the whole path into the basement, then put up plastic curtains to prevent the dust from spreading through the basement. They removed the wallboard and found a cracked drain pipe from the kitchen sink above. They left, then Mike called to tell me that there was “no charge”. I still can’t believe it. I highly recommend this company!
