Ron Patterson performed the annual service call today, 07/13/2016. I found Ron to be very professional, personable and neat. He came in, did the job and explained what he was doing as he did it and why he was doing it. When he finished he asked me whether there were any questions or concerns that I had. While doing the service I had a question for him (not concerning the service he was performing). He was not positive about the correct answer so, upon completing the service, he telephoned the office and was able to provide me with an answer prior to leaving. I am totally satisfied with Ron's performance.
