The installation team was hard working. There had to be a change to the design, but they still finished in the time stated.

Sales Process
Arrived on time and explained everything. Very polite. The original approach had to change due to basement floor design so installation team arrived without all the piece needed. Otherwise would have rated him with a 5.

Worked solidly for the time they were there. Very polite and explained everything along the process.
The Cleanup Process
The cleanup was done. I was left with a bit of dust, but that was to be expected. The floor and equipment was cleaned. The installation team was great.

Stopped by your table at the Home Show in Albany. This work was for a home in the ADKs and I needed someone who would travel and guarantee their work. I also read online reviews. I do not want to be used a reference to strangers, but I have already recommended your company to people I know.
