Sales Process
Doug Forsthoff did a great job explaining how water gets through the concrete even though we do not have water for a well. We have a large overhang and still the water came.
Our Installation Crew
Chris Hurley came to move the workbenches on his own time so that the work could be done as there is no way we could move them. I like the way each guy introduced himself when they came to do the work. I hope they come back when we get the other wall done.
The Cleanup Process
Everything was cleaned up nicely. I never went down when they were working to see how the dust was flying but everything was covered.
What made you choose our company:
I wanted to talk to somebody about the peeling paint on the basement walls and one day I saw your truck in the street. I then visited the home show where you had representatives and talked to them. We never checked with any competition. I felt you would do a good job.
