I was pleased to discover your company, and I was intrigued with the proposed solution for the foundations for our two 95-year-old Adirondack cabins. Our cabins have been settling and sinking for years. We look forward to now having stable foundations to stop this problem.

Matt did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the installation schedule, contacting me one month in advance and one week in advance to confirm the installation dates. Also, Deanna was very helpful during my phone call(s) with her, concerning payments upon completion of the project.

Larry Sinnott did an excellent job of explaining the process to us, and working closely with us to define the contract details. I was very impressed that four representatives from your company made the two-hour trip on a Saturday to perform a site survey a month in advance of the planned work. This planning meeting was very productive, and I deeply appreciate all the planning and time that your company committed to that planning meeting.

Austin and Dustin were a pleasure to work with. Throughout the installation process, they answered my many questions, and often stopped work to ask for my input when there were options on how to proceed. I was very glad that we were able to provide on-site lodging for them in one of our cabins, and it was a pleasure having them as our guests.

Austin and Dustin cleaned up the work site each day, including vacuuming. They left everything looking as expected when the project was completed.
