Actually It was the only company I could find that got a response from. LOL But I do want to say everyone that came to my house from sales to workers were very polite and informative. No one made me feel that my questions were unimportant and they didn't mind me observing them at different times. I was impressed that whenever I called that I was listened to and someone either came and fixed the problem or let me know what was happening was normal in a very timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for helping me through this problem.
