What made you choose our company:

The overall professionalism of the various aspects of the company, from phone support thru installers that I dealt with was exceptional. However what kept me from giving perfect marks was our expectation of the SumpPump we were having installed and paying for. In our meetings and phone conversations we were enthusiastic about the three sump pump unit that included battery backup. Since all of the estimates we received referred to a "SuperSump Plus", it came as a surprise when the installer told us the product with the top shelf name "SuperSump Plus" was actually the bottom of the line product single sump pump with no battery backup. Now I understand I was given lots of literature containing names of products, so I bear some responsibility for the misunderstanding. However there was an assumption made by our salesperson that was not based on anything we said and I'm not sure why. In the end, the installer was able to prepare and partially install the unit we expected installation of which will be completed in the spring. It does however leave us spending quite a bit more money than we were led to believe from the estimates we received.
