Bill was very knowledgeable, professional and reassuring. He had a very easy-going, friendly approach that made me feel comfortable that I had called the right people. I don't believe in the hard-sell approach, don't respond well to it either. Bill's style is perfect!
Our Installation Crew
Zack, Connor and Jordon were excellent! answered all of my questions, and explained each phase of the installation as it progressed. Nice guys, represented the company well, didn't even see them take a break
The Cleanup Process
Of course, I expected that the crew would make an effort to clean up after the job. but this is crazy! they cleaned up my basement and left it in better condition than it was when they arrived. I actually witnessed one of your guys on his hands and knees, using a push broom without the handle, sweeping the corners and edges!
