Job review from BRIAN in Saratoga Springs, NY 12866 on 12/21/22

See my install comment regarding the cracked basement floor.

Jeff was great and answered all of my questions prior to install. He helped guide me to the correct product for our application.

Hard working install team, all business. Worked quickly, but their jackhammer cracked the floor around the sump installation in 3 places. I did not see this until checking out the system afterwards. I am now going to have to repair these with epoxy. I especially appreciated the electrician agreeing to install the primary pump circuit in our generator sub panel.

I wished they would have put down a runway mat similar to what painters use to protect our hardwood floors. No damage but seeing them walk through with muddy boots was concerning. They did sweep up afterwards.
