I was very happy with the company from receiving a quote, to scheduling the work, to getting the work done.

Call Representative

Call rep was very good at communicating and accommodating when I had to reschedule.

Sales Process

Salesperson was able to clearly identify how the work was done and answered my questions regarding additional work. There was some work that I brought up, that they told me wouldn't be necessary.

Our Installation Crew

Crew was very polite/professional and extremely quick/thorough. I was told they would be at my house by 8:00am and they were there closer to 7:30am. Able to complete both jobs on the same day.

The Cleanup Process

The crew did a great job cleaning up both inside the house and in the yard. No complaints there.

What made you choose our company:

I chose Adirondack Basement because the salesperson did not make me feel pressured into getting additional services and was able to clearly communicate the process and timelines for the work that I wanted to get done. After getting multiple quotes, I also felt that their prices were competitive and I felt the most comfortable having them complete the work.
