Fine. No issues except that our appointment for an inspection was 3 weeks out.

Sales Process

Dave came out to investigate our basement water leak that had ruined a portion of our finished basement flooring. He was the 3rd basement "expert" we had out yet was the only one to actually identify where the water was actually coming in from and was able to show us exactly what was happening. All the others were guessing and giving us possible areas but no actual visual proof.

Our Installation Crew

Seth was very respectful of the need to be careful opening up our drywall in the area where the leak was. He was careful and did the minimum amount of damage to our finished wall to get to the leak and repair it. He was thorough and was very strategic in his work and cleaned up as he went.

The Cleanup Process

Seth was careful about keeping the rest of our house clean by taking off his boots whenever he came and went up our stairs. He even offered to wash off our driveway after leaving boot prints on it.

What made you choose our company:

Dave was the only basement expert we had out that was actually able to locate the leak and show us where it was coming from. All the others were unable, even those with camera systems to poke around behind the finished drywall, to find the actual leak to be able to confidently recommend a solution. All had ideas and potential solutions to fix "general basement leaks" but no one except Dave could actually find, see, and show us the leak. We're very happy with our choice and the work that was done. Dave even gave us the name of a contractor to help rebuild the wall who we are in contact with at this time.
