It was mentioned to me at the sales presentation that the amount quoted would be the most I would pay, even if more expenses were incurred after the start of the job. Also, if the job turned out to cost less than the estimate, I would get a refund. To my great surprise I ended up getting a sizable refund. Thank you for being an honest and reliable company.

Our Overall Service

basement was dry after a heavy rain!! first time in 30 years.

very friendly and put me in touch with proper department.

Our Office Staff
made every accomodation to work with my schedule and got me an earlier start time on the calendar which I apprecitated.
Sales Process

very detailed and I could see the work and costs as the presentation went on.

Our Installation Crew

very nice young men, were respectful of my home and pets.

The Cleanup Process

left it much better than they found it.
