What made you choose our company:

You came highly recommended by a contractor. Your ideas made more sense to us than other ideas. However, we asked that the unit be placed close to the crawl space opening but we found out later that it was put in front of the window which is not a good spot. If there is any reason why we would like to know. Also it has been running nonstop ...today is the 9th day. Is this normal?
