I liked Terry who handled making appointments. She was very professional and kind despite my having to reschedule a few times. Gabriel the sales rep was very thorough and answered all my questions before and after the installation. The installation crew of Steve Reyes, David Santos and Rich was very professional: punctual, courteous, worked well as a team and accommodated my requests. A+ all around. I expect that my basement will now be dry and no chance of mold or mildew developing.
