Our Overall Service
Chris made excellent suggestions for the work we knew had to be done. He listened to our concerns and addressed all of them Martin and his crew were professional in every sense of the word. considering what had to be done the disruption was kept to a minimum. Within a week we were hit with another rain of almost 3 inches and no water in the basement! Grateful to have discovered this company

Outstanding customer service goes a long way. We had signed with another firm and I called to ask for clarification regarding the proposed work and it took three calls for someone to get back. Chris would respond immediately if only to explain he was on a job site and would call back within a certain time frame and follow through. The office staff was equally accommodating.
