Ray Smith did a superb job as my sales representative. He was thorough in walking me through what work was to be performed, how it was to be performed, and the impact the work will have in my basement once it was completed. Ray was enthusiastic about the work I was have completed and his sales approach was outstanding. His overall communication skills are beyond reproach; clear and concise that makes the customer feels at ease in getting the work performed.

Outstanding job in reporting on time every day, keeping the noise down to a minimum, and cleaning up daily and at completion.
