Craig, the service tech was exceptional. He was extremely professional. He showed a complete knowledge of what he was doing. He made sure I understood what he needed to do and why each step had to be done. He answered all my questions and added additional information for areas I did not ask about. He placed a drop cloth on the floor from the front door to the basement. He enclosed the work area in plastic to ensure there would not be an excess of dust in the basement. When he completed the job he left the area cleaner than what he found. If I ever need another repair I will call Frank's and ask for Craig to do the work.
