Your expertise in basements shows. The work was of quality. It would have been nice if we were warned about the yard being torn up, but I can understand due to the weather.

I wished that someone would have gotten back to me a little sooner on some occasions, but usually someone did within 24 hours.

Sales Process

Frank Nati was very knowledgeable and we could tell that we were dealing with a reputable company.

Our Installation Crew

Eric, the crew chief, was excellent and I appreciated his regular communication with me, checking in every morning and letting me know if he had to leave for any reason.

The Cleanup Process

Javier was also excellent. He did a great job on the concrete and putting the insulation back in place. Plus he took care to clean everything up the best that he could.

What made you choose our company:

You were not the cheapest, but it was clear to us that you knew what you were doing and you could get the final inspection done by the city of Amherst for the entire basement, not just your part. (This is still pending, by the way, as the city did not show up as originally scheduled, but hopefully they will show up this Wednesday.)
