Job review from Susan in Collins, NY 14034 on 05/11/22

There was some confusion over the job start date which was dealt with and a monetary discount was made to compensate us for the error (which we very much appreciated)!

The crew chief was amazing! He was thorough in every aspect of the project! He looked over our basement numerous times to be certain that nothing had been overlooked (found one missing attachment piece and promptly placed it on the panel)! He never hesitated to stop to answer my questions no matter how obvious it may have seemed to him! Even after the tools and materials had all been put away, he didn’t hesitate to ask for something back when he found a final thing to adjust!!! I was extremely impressed with him and his interactions with his crew and me!

Very thorough, despite my constant comments that it was ‘good enough’!
