I was thrilled that, as requested, Justin repaired a part of the crawl space encapsulation that had been torn along with checking all of the dehumidifiers I have.

She was great. She indeed communicated to the tech what I wanted him to do so that he'd have the appropriate equipment with him.

He was very polite, took the time to do everything I needed him to do, and he had a mask and followed distancing guidelines.
