Sump pump failed during a storm late on New Year's day, but emergency service took care of it within a few hours. The service tech Tom was terrific. Only gripe I would have is having to pay $250 for the emergency call when I just had annual maintenance service done on the system less than 2 months earlier. Nevertheless, I was very grateful that someone could come out to Brooklyn late on a holiday to fix the problem before my cellar flooded.

Tom came out to my house in Brooklyn late on New Year's day to replace the failed sump pump during a rainstorm. Great guy, quick work, A+
