5 out of 5In the course of the installation, Nick noticed the need to add another sump pump in the garage. While this costs around $1000, he did not charge us a penny as it was not included in the original estimate. This kind of honesty is rare and to be commended. I could not recommend Quality 1st Basement more highly. These guys are the very best. While they may not be the cheapest, they will add value many times over to your property.

I found that this company was willing to work with us. Another company insisted that a full demolition of the walls was essential - but we did not want to lose the lovely wood paneling. The solution that you provided allowed to retain the wood paneling and also lowered cost.
