What made you choose our company:
After I contacted you I received a book in the mail explaining all that could be done with the basement repairs, the different methods of repair and so on...before your man came out to do the estimate. The other company I contacted put me through 3 different operators until I talked with one here in CNY to set an appt. for an estimate. The difference was that your company was right on the ball, you're local and really cared about me having the knowledge of all the different things you could do to put my mind at ease about the stability of my home.
