Dakota did a good job but under estimated the scope & expense of the project..not close..

What made you choose our company:

You were prepared to do the total project. Foundation repair & replace living room & dining room floors with new beams, floor joists, smart jacks, wall brackets, plywood floors.including removal of debris. Other companies were shy of tackling the major floor job. Also, Dakota may have been blind sided by the massive amount of rotting wood found.
