Only issue I had. I thought my appt was for 3:00. At 3:10 I had not received any phone call. Called office and they said I had a window of 3 to 5. So I might have been wrong, but I think the tech should have called me at some point to let me know he was coming on that day. Besides that Brandon did a great job.
